To secure your booking at Villa Rose, a £500 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation.
The remaining balance is due six weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Once full payment has been received, your booking will be fully confirmed.
Payments are accepted by bank transfer, with full details provided at the time of booking.
We understand that plans can sometimes change. In the event of cancellation, please note that the £500 deposit is non-refundable.
If cancellation occurs more than six weeks before the holiday start date, no further balance will be payable.
For cancellations made within six weeks of the holiday start date, the remaining balance will still be payable. However, if we are able to re-let the villa for the same period, any monies recovered (less any reasonable costs incurred) will be refunded.
For peace of mind, we strongly recommend that all guests take out appropriate travel insurance to cover unexpected changes to their plans.
