  • An absolutely perfect villa with a responsive and friendly host. The house looks exactly like the photos. It is extremely well-equipped—nothing is missing: bath towels, hand towels, and a fully stocked kitchen (every dish imaginable, plus pantry staples like oil, salt, pepper, coffee, etc.). Breakfast for our first morning was even provided. There is a parking space right by the house, yet the property offers great privacy. It is just a stone's throw from restaurants and shops. Everything was perfect.

  • Lovely Villa, great views and good location
    We have just come back from a lovely relaxing holiday at Villa Rose. The pool area is lovely and relaxing with
    comfortable sunbeds and a nice seating in the shade. We had plenty of pool towels provided which was good. The pool
    was really well looked after by Halil (really clean and free of any debris and the water kept right up to the top edge).
    The Villa itself was well equipped with lots of advice on local amenities, places to visit etc. The views were lovely,
    especially from the top balcony you could see the sea and the boats etc. The location is great with a supermarket, a
    gym! and the start of restaurants (leading into the main area) only a 5/7 minute walk away. Kalkan itself is lovely,
    especially the old town. The only warning is that Kalkan doesn't have anything flat! you are either walking up or down
    a hill but we got used to it and even resisted a taxi home and walked up the hill from the old town and harbour every
    time!

  • Home from home
    Villa Rose is a real home from home. It nestles in lovely gardens which gives it privacy. The pool area is brilliant and
    we all enjoyed several days swimming and playing in the good sized pool. Inside it is very spacious and has pretty
    much everything you may need. Location is excellent. A short walk to supermarkets and 10 minutes to either Taxi rank
    or harbour.
    Julie was always quick to respond to requests for information and was always helpful. We all loved our time
    at Villa Rose and would recommend it to anyone!

  • Fabulous stay at Villa Rose and beautiful Kalkan
    We've just come back from a beautiful week in Kalkan and staying at Villa Rose. It was our second time visiting Kalkan and we love it there. We're a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 young kids). The villa was just fab, great space inside and outside with lots of room. It was well equipped with all the little things you might need. We even used the cool bag/ice packs when we went to the beach. The pool was a great size too, it is deep though but there steps going into which my 3 year often played on. The kids loved picking fruit from the trees. The location of the villa was perfect, in a nice quiet area. Supermarket 5 min and about a 10 minute walk into the harbour area with shops and restaurants. Taxis are easily accessible, it's ok walking down the hills towards the harbour but you definitely need a taxi back up at the end of the night. Julie the villa owner as been amazing with communication from first enquiry to the end of our stay. Very friendly and happy to help with any little questions. We will definitely be coming back to Kalkan again (it's our happy place) and would absolutely stay at Villa Rose again, although we may come back with friends so might need a bigger villa!

  • Great Villa with beautiful outside garden and pool space
    We have just returned from a two week first time stay at Villa Rose but are regular visitors to Kalkan (our happy place). The Villa is accessible to local amenities and town, whether walking or a short taxi ride. We had a regular taxi driver who was happy to accommodate us at any call, really great. The walk to the nearer restaurants and shops are another opportunity to try something just outside of the Town… The outside of the Villa was amazing, we love to sit by our pool and relax and Villa Rose offers just this. Set in a secluded private garden with fruit trees and shrubs (we used the lemons for our water) and the sun beds are comfortable and plenty of them with parasols to offer shade. The pool was a great size for our lilos and slightly deeper than others we’ve had so able to swim. The owner was available to support anything from the moment we booked and additionally the caretaking team at villa rose were so accommodating and supported for any needs required. I’m addition transfers were arranged and very reliable and comfortable… I would totally recommend this villa, it is spacious, air conditioning was just right for the climate, plenty of room and beds very comfortable. Thank you for a very relaxing and comfortable stay and reliable experience for another amazing holiday in our happy place…

  • Villa Rose
    We have stayed at Villa Rose three times, and it never disappoints. The location is perfect, especially for the Thursday
    market - visiting it is a must! It's also just a short walk to the supermarket and nearby coffee shops. The villa itself has
    everything you need. Clean, comfortable, and equipped with all modern conveniences, making an evening in just as
    enjoyable as a night out. The rooms offer stunning views of the harbor, creating a serene and picturesque atmosphere. A
    wonderful stay every time!
